Order Processing

Most of our apparel and merchandise is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Processing times may vary during holidays, special promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

For U.S. orders, please allow approximately 3–7 business days after fulfillment for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@thekingdomchick.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order must be replaced or reshipped because an incorrect address was provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

Once tracking information is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order.
  • Check around your property and with household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
